What does FlexLeague+ charge organizers?
Creating an account and launching seasons is free — there is no monthly subscription. When you lock a division roster and generate its schedule, FlexLeague+ charges a one-time platform fee ($25 per division). Player registration fees go to your connected Stripe account; FlexLeague+ does not keep them. You only pay the platform fee when you are ready to run a full division with a generated schedule.
What if I need a refund as a player?
Registration fees are charged to your league manager's Stripe account through FlexLeague+. If you withdraw before the payment period, you typically will not be charged. After payment, refunds are subject to league manager approval and are not guaranteed once the schedule has been generated. Contact your league manager to request a refund — they collect registration fees through their own Stripe account and handle refund decisions for their league.
How do I issue refunds as a league manager?
Player registration fees are paid to your connected Stripe account — you handle refunds for your league, not FlexLeague+. Open the division Payments page to refund a paid registration or mark an offline payment as refunded. Set your refund policy on the division so players know what to expect before they pay. The FlexLeague+ platform fee charged at schedule lock is separate; contact Help & Support if you have a billing question about platform charges.
Is FlexLeague+ free for players?
Creating an account is free. When you join a league, the organizer sets each division's registration fee — some leagues are free, others charge a season fee paid through Stripe at registration. You only pay when you register for a paid division.
What is FlexLeague+?
FlexLeague+ is software for running structured pickleball leagues: seasons, divisions, registration, scheduling, scores, playoffs, and official DUPR partner integration. Players use it to find competitive leagues at their skill level. Managers and facilities use it to run programs locally or across the country. Creating an account is free; registration fees for joining a league are set by each organizer.
What is the difference between manager view and player view?
Managers create leagues and seasons, configure divisions, review registrations, generate schedules, and run operations. Players browse leagues, register, join teams (for doubles/FLP formats), schedule matches, and submit or confirm scores. If you are both a manager and a player, use the header switch between Manager View and Player View (or Browse / My Leagues).
How do I register for a league?
Sign in, open Browse Leagues, choose a season with open registration, and complete the registration flow. You may need to finish profile requirements (such as gender for certain formats) and payment if the division has a fee.
How do I create a league?
From the manager dashboard, go to My Leagues and create a league. Add every service zip code where you operate or recruit — Browse Leagues matches players using their zip and radius to those codes. You can run leagues in your local area or set up programs anywhere you have players. Then add a season with the right format (singles, doubles, mixed, FLP team, etc.) and set division registration fees.
How does match scheduling work?
Many leagues use propose / counter / confirm scheduling: one side suggests date and time, the other accepts or counters until confirmed. You will see actions from My Matches or the season schedule. Managers may override in some cases.
How do I submit or confirm scores?
After a match, a player submits game scores. The opponent confirms or rejects before results are final. If scores need correcting after a manager unlocks a match for re-verification, either team can update and resubmit for confirmation. Managers can enter or override scores in some cases. Check My Matches for pending actions.
How do player registration fees work?
Each division can have its own registration fee set by the league manager. When a fee applies, you pay by card through Stripe during the payment period. The charge goes to your league manager's connected Stripe account—FlexLeague+ does not keep player registration fees. Refunds follow the league's policy; contact your manager for refund questions.
Is there a mobile app?
FlexLeague+ is a web app that works in any modern browser. You can also install it as a PWA (Progressive Web App) for a home-screen icon and full-screen experience—open My Profile → App & alerts or Help & FAQ and use the Install section. No app store download is required for core features.
